BUILDING CONTROL APPROVAL

Fairpark Care had taken over this historic farmyard site on the outskirts of Wrexham. They proposed converting the farmhouse and surrounding cottages into a residential care home for adults with complex specialist care needs.

We were commissioned to manage planning and building control approval on this change of use. In order to achieve approval, Datum produced detailed floorplans, fire strategy plans and drainage plans. We also instructed structural engineers and septic tank experts to provide detailed design and specifications. Overall, we achieved building control approval and a final certificate was issued.
