CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

Datum specialises in administering building contracts including the Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) suite of contracts. We typically provide both architectural design services and tender / schedule of works production alongside this service. This helps ensure   works are complete on time, within budget and to the required workmanship standard.

 

Datum recently reached practical completion on the refurbishment of a Victorian era school / community centre in the Welsh village of Bryneglwys.

 

This project involved close coordination with several consultants, including a structural engineer, asbestos surveyor, commercial kitchen supplier and drainage surveyors.

 

Due to the contract sum and complex nature of the works, this was administered via a JCT Intermediate Building Contract.
