Datum recently obtained full planning approval on a 920m2 industrial unit with ancillary office space on Clayhill Industrial Estate in Neston.

 

This application was for a local wholesaler who are expanding their business and operations on this site.

The complex planning application involved potential development on undeveloped derelict brownfield land surrounded by residential properties. It included work with Cheshire West and Chester Council (CW&CC) planning department and close collaboration with a number of external consultants such as an arboriculturist, transport consultant, environmental consultant and a habitat surveyor.
