A schedule of condition is a detailed document that records the condition of a property or asset at a specific point in time, often appended to lease agreements or used party wall situations to establish a baseline for future comparisons and to avoid potential disputes.

We recently undertook a Schedule of Condition Survey of a large industrial unit for a multi national chemical and food ingredients supplier. This involved a drone survey of the roof to help capture its condition prior to lease commencement.
